SUP yoga is when you replace the traditional yoga with a stand-up paddleboard. The SUP board looks like a large surfboard and is well balanced on the water. Here we challenge and improve our balance, strength, and most importantly, the core muscles.
If you are looking for a new challenge, yoga on a paddleboard may be just what you need. Join us and have fun!
SUP yoga is suitable for everyone, both beginners and more experienced yoga practitioners.
On the water, we get the opportunity to get acquainted with simple yoga poses in a new way as the transition between the different positions becomes slower, while at the same time paying attention and balancing.
You do not need to have any previous experience with SUP, but you must be able to swim.
Clothes that are comfortable to move in. Wool/fleece can be good if it is a bit chilly. If the weather is fine, all you need is water, a hat, sunglasses, and a dry shift.
