The goal of this course is to introduce participants to kayaking and its equipment.

Learn the Basics of SUP
We show you the basic techniques of stand-up paddling and introduce important safety aspects. In addition, we provide you with useful information on the different types of boards and equipment available in the market and their applications.
Out on the water, we take a small paddle to get used to the SUP and to learn important techniques, including self-rescue, alertness and movement, and proper posture.
Who is the course for?
This course is suitable for everyone, and you do not need any prior knowledge except being able to swim (50 meters).

What should you bring?
According to the weather: water, packed lunch, hat, swimwear, sunglasses, neoprene socks or wool socks, wool underwear, and a warm change of clothes.
