Learning to roll a kayak is a complicated skill, We have developed a progression that gets most paddlers rolling within two hours and the remainder get it in a second sessions

Important information
- Every participant needs to be able to swim for 50 meters.
- It is best if you have introduction course( 3 hours) from before or padling experience from before.
- The courses is run with 1-2 people.
We recommend booking two lessons 1-2 weeks apart to get the best Eskimo roll that works in all conditions, from flat water to choppy seas.
