Cancellation Policy: General rule for booking changes for groups for event/dinner Changes in details and the number of guests affecting up to 10% of the total group event/dinner are permitted up to three days before visit. Any changes that occur three days before the event/dinner will be charged as the last agreement finalised 1 week before the event/dinner. Group of 12 to 50 guests For groups of up to and including 50 guests, cancellation of the event is free up to two weeks before start date/time. Cancellation of the event after that will be charged in a cost of up to 50% of agreed event / dinner. Cancellation within a week before the start date/time will incur a cost of up to 100% of the agreed price of agreed event / dinner. Group of 50+ guests For groups of over 50 guests, cancellation is free up to four weeks before the event. Cancellation up to two weeks before the event may result in a cost of up to 50% of the agreed price. cancellation within two weeks before the event will result in a charge of up to 100% of agreed price.
